Nosa and Oluchi Tunde-Oni—better known as Nino and Lulu—are deeply committed to helping people not only navigate romantic connections, but also master professional, familial, and personal relationships. They launched Thriving at Love and Relationships via a YouTube channel dedicated to showcasing strong Christian homes, but now envision a broader purpose: empowering all individuals and organizations to thrive across all life’s relationship dynamics.

Nosa brings a unique blend of corporate insight and coaching expertise with over a decade in the oil and gas industry. As a Business Development Specialist at Sahara Group—one of Africa’s leading energy conglomerates—he leverages his professional experience to guide executives, entrepreneurs, and teams in building culturally relevant business systems and high-performing teams. He is also a Certified Beahvioral Analysis Coach with the John Maxwell Team and he currently holds the role of the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at the TALAR Company.

Oluchi is the Chief Executive Officer of The TALAR Company, a certified counsellor from the Chartered Institute of Counselling, Nigeria and the Love, Dating & Marriage Institute. She is expanding her expertise through certification in Affair and Trauma Management with the Gottman Institute. With over 500 hours of counselling experience, she supports individuals, professionals, and couples through personal development, relational challenges, and leadership transitions. Her approach blends empathy, practical strategies, and emotional intelligence—all rooted in cultural sensitivity
