Oluchi and Nosa Tunde-Oni are both passionate about helping people thrive in everyday life and relationships.
Oluchi Tunde-Oni
Oluchi Tunde-Oni is the Co-founder and CEO of The TALAR Company, where she leads strategy implementation, partnerships, and programme development to promote mental wellness and healthy relationships.
She previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Media & Communications at a leading counselling organization, overseeing operations, team leadership, and brand strategy.
A certified professional counsellor with over five years of experience, Oluchi holds a Diploma in Counselling from the Chartered Institute of Counselling, Nigeria, and the Love, Dating & Marriage Academy, Lagos. She is known for her warm, practical approach to helping people thrive in life and relationships.
Nosa Tunde-Oni
Nosa brings over 12 years of corporate and consulting experience, working across complex, high-growth, and multi-market environments.
His work spans business development, market entry, strategy execution, and organizational growth—supporting founders, executives, and leadership teams in building culturally grounded systems that scale.
As a Certified Behavioral Analysis Coach with the John Maxwell Team, he combines behavioral insight with strategic rigor to help individuals and organizations align people, processes, and purpose.
He currently serves as the Co-founder and Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at TALAR, where he leads strategy, partnerships, and platform growth—bridging the worlds of leadership, mental wellness, and high performance.
