As a Certified Behavioral Analysis Coach with the John Maxwell Team, he combines behavioral insight with strategic rigor to help individuals and organizations align people, processes, and purpose.

He currently serves as the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at TALAR, where he leads strategy, partnerships, and platform growth, bridging the worlds of leadership, mental wellness, and high performance.

Oluchi Tunde-Oni is the CEO of The TALAR Company and a certified Relationship and Marriage Counsellor passionate about helping people thrive not just in love but in life generally. She holds a Diploma in Counselling from the Chartered Institute of Counselling, Nigeria, and the Love, Dating & Marriage Academy, Lagos, and is currently advancing her expertise through the Gottman Institute with certification in Affair and Trauma Management.

With over 600 hours in counselling and years of experience guiding singles, dating partners, and married couples, Oluchi has extensive experience supporting individuals through a wide range of personal, emotional, and relational challenges. She also specializes in pre-marital counselling, marriage counselling, and relationship clarity sessions, equipping clients with the tools to build emotionally healthy and deeply fulfilling lives.

Known for her warm, relatable, and insightful approach, she blends emotional intelligence, practical strategies, and faith-based principles to help clients navigate life, love, communication, and conflict with confidence. Beyond counselling, she creates impactful resources, hosts webinars, and leads workshops designed to transform relationships and strengthen communities.
