Across our platform, we refer to our mental health professionals according to their official titles and credentials as recognized in their jurisdiction.

Your first session is a conversation, not an assessment. The Mental Health Professional will ask what brought you here and what you would like to be different. You set the pace, and you do not have to talk about anything you are not ready to. By the end, you will have a sense of what working together would look like. Sessions are held over a secure, encrypted video call, and nothing is recorded without your explicit consent.

Yes. Once you have created an account, you can explore our partners, read about their backgrounds and areas of focus, and choose who you would like to work with when you book.

Can I attend sessions from outside Nigeria?

Yes. Every session is online, so where you are does not matter. All you need is a private space and an internet connection. We have worked with clients in seventeen countries, and sessions can be scheduled around your time zone, including evenings and weekends.

The Clarity Session is our lowest-cost option, a single session for people who want focused guidance on one specific issue. One-on-one sessions and couples sessions are priced separately, and booking a package works out cheaper per session than booking one at a time. Full pricing for every service is on our services page.
